Need some insight on my blog

Hey guys and gals. It's been a while since I have posted on the boards here, but I have you guys to thank for the wealth of knowledge I have accumulated over the years. Since then I have started my own computer service business, and recently just put together a blog on how to run your own computer business.
If you guys can check it out and let me know what you think I would appreciate it. I think sharing my ideas and tips can benefit all who want to generate business from fixing peoples computers.

Since you have a low post count and are linking to your website, people believe that you are spamming. With a join date in 2004, I'm sure this is probably not the case.

Anyways, the site looks clean and professional. Only gripe is the lack of content, but I'm sure that will come with time.

I don't think you're supposed to use the forums to try to drive traffic to your blog. I haven't read the guidelines in a while though, so I'm not sure.

Makes sense to me now. I do a lot of reading on here, and not much writing. I started up the blog a few days ago, so content will be there as I continue with it. Thanks again for taking a look.

Expect to post lots of stuff for a long time with not much traffic. You just have to hope and pray you develop a following and unless you're offering one-of-a-kind information, it's going to be a challenge. Good writing and helpful information can go a long way.

I've done my homework on blogging, and agree that unless you have a niche market then you really aren't going to attract many regular readers. As far as the content I have written in the first few posts, do you think this is something you would read on a regular basis? I've got a list of about 200+ post ideas that I am working on now, so the content will be there. I have my regular business that is steady right now, so this is more of a free time project for now.

The theme is called mystique. I've chopped it up a little bit, so I guess you can say it is slightly customized.
