Need some movie suggestions....

Hi all... need some movie suggestions for a quiet evening at home with a young lady i fancy. It's an evening where i've agreed to pamper her, and want some films which would be appropriate for a night of wine, music, and enjoying each others company. What do you think a couple of good movies to bring would be? I thought of one i think might be a good choice or two, "Don Juan de Marco," or "Runaway Bride," but i'd really like to have 2 or 3 to have a selection for us to choose from...

Of course suggesting stuff like pr0n is fine (who am i to stand in the way of a good nef?), but i'm really looking for some constructive ideas folks

i'm not asking for someone to make the decision for me, i'm trying to come up with ideas so i'll have a range to choose from. "Runaway Bride" wouldn't be my choice for a night by myself either, but that's the whole point of me asking for ideas of what might be a good flick to watch together with someone else...

Personally, I have found that most girls love My Best Friend's Wedding, or you could also try Notting Hill. If you want to reach WAY back, Pretty Woman and Sleepless in Seattle are very safe.

That's what I would pick if I were trying to impress a girl. Once we'd started dating and put down our guards though, I'd unleash a James Bond or Hitchcock marathon or something...

Nothing worse than chick flicks.

American Pie is both funny and has a romantic plot.....depends on how old you are though, it might be a bit stupid if you're in the 30's or so for example.

I forget the name of the movie. Maybe someone here else can remember. It's about this woman who is about to get married, but ends up going to Italy with a friend of hers to look for some guy that a fortune teller told her about when she was a teenager.
