Hey everyone, I think one of my next big purchases is going to be another pocket-sized audio/video device to replace my aging Casio EX-Z750 digital camera.
Recently I've gotten back into the practice of attending a lot of concerts and I'd really like to be able to record and archive these performances so I can enjoy them later in life. The audio recording quality on my Casio is very poor: full of crackles, tinny, not dynamic at all, no imaging, etc... AKA it's just barely passable for a digital camera.
So I'm looking for suggestions. I'm not opposed to replacing it with a new digital camera that has better audio/video recording. I've considered a digital camcorder type of device but the one's I've seen seem rather large. I'm not opposed to those either though if it's small.
I found this Zoom Q3 Product that seems to offer the type of audio recording I'm looking for (and I honestly think the audio is more important to me.)
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much for reading!
edit: What about just portable audio recording solutions?
