Need to A program to send big files from routed computers

I need a fast program where i can send files like over 1 GB big, from computers which are connected by router. Im on DSL by the way

If you're using Windows, you can mark certain directories as "Shared". Enabling the correct options will make the contents visible to other computers on your network, allowing you to transfer files between them. Even if they're not all Windows, you use a SAMBA client to connect.

Or you can setup one running a FileZilla server.

You can set up a small ftp server on each machine, then use an ftp client (flashfxp) to do server-to-server transfers.

ftp is a nice protocol, and reliable and flexible.

I use this program all the time, it's great. Sends up to 4 PB (petabytes) and calculates MD5 to verify integrity as well. Simply open a port on the server ("passive") IP and run the program accordingly.
