Need to contact ASUS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone help me to contact ASUS? I have a dead CUSL2 due to a bad BIOS flash. I really need to contact ASUS to get an RMA to get my board fixed. Can anyone help with a number or something? I have written many many emails but no response to date.

There's a number you can find on www.asus.com for the United States. Call the phone number they have under "Marketing" and there will be an option for tech support.

Tht's true but it's easier to try that than to try to get ahold of Asus. Have a buddy you can borrow one off?

I too have that motherboard, and I don't believe you can replace the bios (must be sent in).

You wont get very fast service on an RMA, I sent mine in around Jan 5th, and still haven't heard from them.

Would like to thank all you ppl for the wonderful you supplied regarding my request. Especially Herr Yunta. i call the number you gave and got a live person right away. told them the problem and an RMA was issued immediately. thankfully my board is on its way to getting a new BIOS flash.
In the mean time I could not afford to be down so i got another CUSL2. It does not seem to perform like my old one. When the old one return I will put this one in a system for my wife and replace the P3V4X currently being used.

Again thanks for all the replies. I knew I did the right thing by signing up on this board.
