Here it is. I have already purchased the BFG-NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT OC 512MB from Best Buy for $249. I ordered from their website, being that no store anywherearound my area had them in stock. They shouldnt delay shipping right? Ok, here is the rest of the rig... Anyone have any suggestions/changes before I pull the trigger?

I'm not too sure of that board, personally I'd go with something from ASUS (however, at the moment I'm stuck on the same thing).

Why do you say that? Whats wrong with it? I didnt really research much on the board, just took anand's suggestion on this one..any suggestions as to other mobos?

Probably nothing. I'm not too familiar with mobos, perhaps it's simply brand loyalty.

bump! Also, shoul I go for 4 gigs of memory? is it worth it? I plan to use this comp for gaming and daily use.

no, 4 gigs is pretty much worthless unless your building an ultra-high end system

2GB of ram and the Abit IP35-E are my suggestions. If you firmly believe you could use 4GB of ram, go for it (but I doubt you'll need it).

2gigs is probably fine but with memory as cheap as it is it might not be a bad idea to get 4gbs. I would suggest against getting Patriot memory, though. Mine is apparently full of errors.

Ram prices are probably unlikely to go up, so 2GB now and 2GB later might be a good investment. The only exception would be a sale on 2x1GB sticks, and there should be mention of a few in Hot Deals. Bamacre mentioned in another thread that there was a 2GB kit for around $50.
