Not that I can think of. It's a weird situation. I am trying to avoid contacting the HOA and police if I can help it. The husband invited me over for a BBQ and we get along great. I really don't talk to the wife but it's her I think that blasts this music. I am almost thinking she is near deaf, blasts the music b/c it seems normal volume to her, and doesn't answer the door b/c it's not as loud as her music.

I just left a message on his cell (which he gave me) and we'll see what happens along with 'If there are any issues you have with me, please call me or drop by and I know we can work it out so we're all happy' The noise she plays is so loud it echos through my first floor even when all the windows are closed so it's not just outside noise. I am not sure why they would even push me. My lot comes between them and their ocean view. I could put up two tall trees and their view of the ocean from their hot tub would disappear completely. I figure I will give him the rest of the work day to check his messages and then contact him again in the evening to wrap things up. I think we'll go through this dance about 4 more times before I am really finished with this problem.

Well the fence was partially removed b/c we were all designing our yards, it was not as huge of a deal as it sounds.

If you're pretty sure this can get resolved without involving the cops, i'm all for you continuing to work on it. How does you blasting annoying music fit into this equation then? If you're going to make this a hostile situation, the cops are still your best choice.
