I think $200 per month would be for all cable services, not just internet access. My bill to Time Warner is close to $200 a month. That covers cable, internet and phone (no premium channels).

That's with multiple services. My cableco charges almost $60 for the bottom Ineternet service tier (15mbps) when there's no promotional discount.

What about MAC filtering? They can still see it but not connect I believe. Tell them it must be a problem on their end.
