Agreed. I would have put more snow on, then put water on that. The snow itself will freeze some but putting water on it would make sure she wouldn't be able to get in it without hours of work.

On Monday night, the shovel mysteriously returned to Welles’ property. It was found propped against his garage. The thief’s identity is still unknown.

Yea because CA isn't at risk for catastrophic earthquakes....

There aren't many places in the country that are truly without risk of anything adverse from mother nature. Not to mention differences of opinion. Some people like snow and hate 100 degree summers.
