don't these 16 year olds have parents? Try talking to them...
They do, but the kids do not go to school.. Normally on the run or kicked out of their house.. etc..
The mom has ZERO control over them anyhow, so I dont see why they wouldnt tell her who they gave it either.
You would be very surprised what threatening litigation will get you. Start throwing out words like mental duress and that you will be seeking excessive damages. In control of her kids or not, the idea of losing ones home generally lights a fire under them to get things done.

I have no idea what you were trying to say.
This thread would have needed what?
What is an eclectic conclusion?

I believe 'needed' = 'ended'. He should take the phone messages to the police and they might try to get that girl to talk.

Tell the police that they gave it to a friend. Get the name of the friend from your informant.

This involves my direct next door neighbor, and his two asshole 16 year old friends.. (Neighbor is 20)
My dog Rox was taken out of the back gate and not seen again. It was less than 3 minutes that the dog was out of sight, and she has been trained without a leash, so she NEVER "sprints" away down the street. ( Especially when it was 117 in las vegas that day) ONly three people out that afternoon were the 3 from next door. I have no proof other than the neighbor involved, told his cousin that the two younger boys did infact take it and gave it to a friend.
She was nice enough to come and tell me..
Cant beat their ass, they are 16.. I am 22
When confronted, all they do is lie to your face and say get proof, etc..When we know with 100% certainty it was them.
Police said if we did not see them steal it, there is nothing that can be done.
What are my options?
Rox

Put up a cash reward of $10,000, and when they return the dog then you beat the shit out of them. That's what I would do.
