Nero 7 or my burner?

Anyone else getting skips on audio cds burnt with Nero 7? I bought it from FRY's last week and maybe I should've bought a better burner instead. It's a Panasonic SW-9585, which isn't great, but it shouldn't be this bad either. I went back to Nero 6 and the skips were gone.

The same thing happens to me. Nero 7 is a bloated POS.

I just found a solution to this problem..you need to replace the mp3PRO.dll of nero7 with the one from nero6..that simple. let me know if you need the 6 version. It's about 640kb.

omg is that the f'ing problem? That's been pissing me off to no end. I'm going back to 6.6 if that's all it takes.
