Nero 7 question

Hey should i update to Nero 7. I know when it first came out people thought it was junk. Since updates is it worth going from my 6 i have now to seven? Anyone that has it please give me your likes and dislikes

It's ok. A lot of people consider it bloated but I don't. I mainly use the Nero Burning Rom anyway and that's it. I just install the rest of the programs in case one day I do decide to use them. For the mean time, they don't take up much resources. Norton on the other hand, that's an entirely different story saved for another thread.

I have Nero 6 and the same concern.

From what I have read all over the net, Nero 7 is just Nero 6 with some updates
and a lot of bugs that are slowly being fixed.
And a few programs that have limited value.

I personally have decided to wait it out and see what
Nero 7 evolves into.

My Nero 6 works just fine for me. I don't need any updates to do what I want,
so why upgrade ?? Sit and wait for a sunny day....

I agree, nero 7 is ok not a great improvment over 6 and yes, lots of bloatware. I wish they would just concentrate on the burning software and leave all the other crap to Microsoft who are great at it.

I wish Ahead would just offer Nero Burning ROM as a stand alone app. That's all I normally use. In fact after DVD Shrink does its job, Nero automatically starts and burns the files to DVD. All the other stuff is just fluff.
