EDIT: ROFL..OK all of u dont want to save extra $30. Fine, here what you(crying kids) can do instead!
go staples PM BB's price to $69 - $10(staple coupon) - $20(netgear MIR) = $40. Now you can't use BB's $30 rebate and it's totally LEGIT. Happy now???

Original postk since the deal haven't started yet, my method might not work, but if it does. You save big buck!

1)go to BB at sunday ASAP when they open and buy one at $99(before $30 MIR)
be sure grab the rebate form too. (this step is to proof BB have it instock. save u time when PM at staple they dont need to call BB)
2)go to staple PM to $69(should work cuz staple PM policy let u PM price after MIR)
correct me if I'm wrong, hope that MIR is from BB not from Netgear cuz staples wont PM manuf's MIR.
3)u all should know what to do next!!?? THE COUPONS. buy 1 use $10off$40, 2 use $20off$100..ect)
4)now IF u got everything works out. time to return the other rt-314 from BB(scan or copy ur BB receive b4 return)
5)send in rebate $30 using BB's MIR form and the UPC from the one u buy from staple.
*Possiblly, if BB mir center accept upc copies, another $20 MIR from Netgear u can send using the original UPC(I worry the most at this step cuz donno the MIR at BB is manuf's or from BB?well we'll see)

OK now do the math!
Netgear RT314
Staple price: $ 169.99(something like that, it's from staples.com)
PM Bestbuy to: -$100
$ u pay at staple= $69.99
Staple coupon: -$10
BB's rebate: -$30
Finaly Price= $30

IF BB ACCEPT COPIES UPC: send in Netgear's $20 rebate Netgear Rebate link
Now down to $10 buck for this baby!

Once again, I'm not guarantees u this deal will work perfectlly as my prediction. so dont *@&^xxx me if turn out bad. But I'm welcome u correct me if my method have some problems. Thx, GL for hunting this router for $10:Q:Q

yep they are.. Im so pissed miss that deal cuz BB out of stock and CrapUSA wont let me PM.. so after only 2 day sale price jump back up to $129.99 at both BB & CrapUSA... staple even higher at $169! you remind me and make me fu**ing mad at that CrapUSA manager again!

BTW, some of you don't like my way to get this deal! But that's how to save you $$$ for now at least since the FREE RT314 few weeks ago! So ignore this thread if you call this FRUAD!:Q Peace.....

where from my experienses, they will not honor PMing MIR stuff. they will only do PMs on instant rebate. hacgumyu.. find me their policy stating that they will honor MIR stuff to PM.

here is the link to Staples PM Policy but it didn't say anything about PM competitor's MIR. so u can print it out and argu with staple manager if they give u hard time! I bet we'll win since the policy didn't say we CAN'T!

I'm not quite sure where you've been doing your shopping; all the arguing in the world won't make your deal legitmate. Staples will only match to a competitor's actual sale price, the amount that appears on the receipt as you walk out the door -- Mail-In Rebates do not count. This is a simple fact of shopping known to any serious bargain hunter. In fact, many store managers won't match "Instant Rebates" either. If the ad says "Instant Savings" they will match but if the word rebate appears in the ad, they turn you down.

Furthermore, the Price Matching policy that you cited is for Staples.com and, as we have all been told many times, that's a separate division from the brick and mortar stores. Price matching in the stores is up to the discretion of the individual manager. They are supposed to call to validate a) the actual sales price of the item and b) stock availability before they match. If they can't do that, many managers will just refuse to match at all.

In this case, the price out the door at Best Buy will be $99.99 so that's the best you are likely to get out of a Staples manager. You can use the printable Staples coupon and the Manufacturer's mail-in to get it down to $60 ($55 if you use the instore kiosk and an online-only coupon code).

Summary (for those who don't want to just get the SMC for $55 from Egghead):[*]Netgear RT314 (Staples Stock# IM1058886) $169.99[*]Price Match savings -$69.00[*]Staples Coupon * -$20[*]Price out the door $79.99[*]Netgear Mail-in Rebate -$20[*]Net Price $59.99

* use $25 off coupon if ordering online

LOL It's too bad for you, hacgumyu, that you've never bothered realizing that it is only a PARTIAL copy on the website, and that ALL pricematches are up to ANY staples' employees "discretion", not to mention the fact that you're reeking with fraud... not to mention using two coupons!

Its amazing to me how much some people could just care less that they are breaking the law as long as its benefiting them in some way. Do you not have any morals?

Hell, why don't I just go out to BB, but the RT314, make a hundred copies of the receipt, return the RT314, go around digging in trash cans to find boxes of the RT314 that people threw out, cut out the UPCs, and mail them in and MAKE MONEY FOR NOTHING!

Ameesh,

it's not about morality..it's about fraud..
buying the router fron BB then return it and buy from staples
then send in BB rebate for the router you got at staples..
this is already considered a fraud..

Fraud. Good call.
