Got in on this also. Question though. How reliable are USB LAN adapters for a laptop or even a PC upstairs compared to a PC Card (for laptop) or PCI Card (for PC)?

Wireless routers also interfere with cell phone signals. I thought I had problems with my cell phone until i figured it out.

1- Better because you can place it at a better location.
2- Worse because sometimes the device will be "gone" in WinXP

What do wireless LAN cards go for? I see the ones there but have no idea if that is a good deal.
For laptops or desktops? Laptop wireless cards are out for like $30

You can (in theory) use any 802.11b equipment to connect with this router. (I haven't personally tested, but, 802.11b is a standard and this router is 802.11b so therefore any PCI Card or PCMCIA/CardBUS or USB based 802.11b client adapter should potentially work.)

I've been using Netgear wireless at two different places over the last year or so and I've never had any trouble with my 2.4GHz phone interfering. Note that I only use Access points and Routers for my wireless, I don't have any wireless cards (I has just using wireless to basically bridge 2 wired networks). There are settings in the wireless components and on your phone where you can change the channel. As long as your wireless and phone aren't on the same channel (or with 4-6 channels of each other) you will be fine.
