My Internet connection was down- I fiddled with it for hours and finally a Comcast screen popped up asking for User Id & password- since I don't know my landlord's info- I put in my exes info not realizing this would secure a connection every time I sign on- how do I undo this?? I don't want his account associated with this computer or address- help quick PLEASE!!! :$

Reset your Comcast id and password
Step1 goto forget password enter your Comcast ID, Comcast email address or an email address linked to your account.
Step2 then next
step3 Enter the security capcha image code in the box
step4 then next
step5 Answer your secret question
step6 next
step7 Create your new password following the password guidelines and click Next
step8 When your password has been updated, you will receive a confirmation message
