Here is a brief rundown of what my boss is looking for:
Application Server, ASP.NET Middleware, enterprise deployment, Billing API, Windows like QPASS, wireless internet. C#, ASP.NET, SQL,XML, .NET 3.0, server ,C++, Mastery of application server and data-driven solutions using MS-SQL databases. Familiar with Visual Studio 2005 development environment. Experience in DB administration, extranet, intranet and internet solutions. Over 3 years Windows programming experience with debugging and troubleshooting skill. Working knowledge LINUX servers. Working knowledge of Internet protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, and HTTP Proxy. GPS/LBS/GIS experience helpful.
And
Over 5 years of server business logic and database architecture, implementation of multi-tier systems with middleware, and system optimization. Over 3 years experience in Windows servers using C#, ASP .NET, and MS SQL databases. Application Server. Provisioning, Database, Billing server, Oracle, Middleware. Vista, Tivoli, Enterprise deployments, wireless internet.

Work with C#, ASP.NET, SQL database implementations leading the server team. Perform C# server side programming of the Novatel Wireless Communications SDK. Translate high-level requirements and design into lower level design and implementation. Perform database design and administration to support customers. Familiar with server and security tradeoffs. Plan server architectures and write specifications for other programmers to implement. Perform database design and administration. Familiar with server and security tradeoffs. Lead key implementations of server solutions for enterprise card control. Knowledge of GPS and security service a plus.
I've been here since February of 2007 and loved it. I left Nokia last year after almost 4 years and I couldn't be any happier. Benefits are great, stock is cool (you get options plus ESPP).
