Patriots do not follow unjust laws. It is not American to do so.

Oh well guess you are quite the patriot. What you do today to earn that title, drive 60 in a 55 mph zone? Not use your turn-signal? park in a handicap zone?

lol you guys are so delusional with your solder of fortune fairy tale view of world

Everything the left believes in must be stopped and wiped out from existence, their thought is dangerous to our nation.

you're such a comedian in your own mind.

you nutters realize that your perspective is completely inline with a professed mentally-unstable individual on legit medication, as well as "anti-flouride pills"?

so like, who is it that is truly dangerous?

strange company you are proud to keep.

I have no problem reveling in what happened over the last few weeks at the bundy farm.

I don't care about any if that, I just find you guys funny, especially when I know how different your reaction would have been if the guy were black.

So I happen to know and understand some American history and more than a few (American) participants in this thread obviously don't. So, what's your problem?

so when will the Canadian government give back the lands they stole from the natives?

This argument that Bundy and the Wingnuts keep making.. that public resources should be given to the people based upon their need. I've heard it somewhere before...

Grazing is trashing your land and you're paying for it to boot. Domestic livestock grazing is the single most destructive human activity on the western lands. Logging, mining, other agriculture, urban sprawl have no where near the pervasive environmental damage caused by chronic, unrelenting overgrazing of the public lands. And knowing that it is an inherently unprofitable activity without tax-funded subsidies is nice icing on the crap cake that is public lands grazing.

fail.

Yeah I run into many that do the Patriot thing all the time and talk bullshit, I usually ignore it.

Wah wah, I'm a patriot that has never done shit.

I've got to give Kim a call and tell him that the invasion force should all wear cowboy hats.

How do you guys call yourselves patrtiots? You are hooraying idiots who took up arms against your country because someone didn't pay a duly imposed fine.

You guys are scary people. You guys slip and slide from position to position by issue holding contrary positions at the same time. My gosh the cognitive dissonance is amazing, I'm not sure how ur heads don't explode.

He didn't "steal" anything.

At most he's guilty of trespass. We have different words for a reason.

Open Range

In the Western United States and Canada, open range is rangeland where cattle roam freely regardless of land ownership. The practice was used in Mexico, and some argue it may have been the predecessor to the open range practice in the American West,[1] which borrowed many other cattle raising techniques from Mexico.

Where there are "open range" laws, people wanting to keep animals off their property must erect a legal fence to keep animals out, as opposed to the "herd district" where an animal's owner must fence it in or otherwise keep it on the person's own property.

These people were practicing open range cattle ranching before the BLM existed. They were practicing it before grazing fees were invented. Which, BTW, were done on the promise of helping the ranchers with their cattle operations (boy has that done a 180). Some were likely doing it before the US claimed control of those territories. Now, they're all gone in that area, except this one family.

It appears to me that each step along the way the US govt promised to help these people and their ranching operations. But in the early 1990's the govt unilaterally changed it's mind and decided to stomp them out of business. That wasn't part of the 'bargain'.

This is why many fear the phrase "Hi, we're from the government and we're here to help".

Run like h3ll when you hear that.

Every dime of the grazing fees collected goes to fund "range improvements" to the benefit of the ranchers. It's required by law. In addition to this subsidy the ranchers also get drought relief handouts for ranching in a desert, grants to build infrastructure, predator control, subsidies for irrigation projects, reduced state level property taxes (not a federal tax I know but it is another subsidy), open range laws (a liability subsidy), grants through the NRCDs, endless other handouts. Public lands ranchers are parasites on the taxpayers as much as they are parasites on the land. Mr. Bundy is a welfare queen and a thief.

Call his bluff, demand the State of Nevada accept payment on behalf of the BLM.
