New 13" Apple MacBooks are out!

It looks like replacing the drive yourself doesn't void the MacBook warranty. BTW, don't forget that it's an SATA drive, not IDE.

One item I noticed but it must be me, why do 13.1"?
I've used 14"s and with the price of laptops today, a 15" would be better.

I did some benches of the MacBook 2.0 vs. the iMac G5 2.0. Check my sig if you're interested.

In a nutshell, the MacBook flies on CPU-dependent tasks, but its speed is sometimes way higher than might have previously been expected.
