Except the 3470T. Nice of them to put an i5 label on an i3. Looks like we'll have the same clarity that the 1156 i5/i3 lineup had...
ie i3+turbo magically equals an i5 rating.
Take a look at the Intel® Core i5-2390T. This is nothing new but you wont see many of them on the market. As a matter of fact the Intle Core i5-2390T is a tray only processor. I wouldn't be surprised this processor followed the same path.
They really need to release the IB i3-2100 successor. That should be an awesome SFF or gaming CPU for the masses.
Edit: The TDP on that should be amazing as well. Pentiums/Celerons on the low-end should be awesome too with even more power reduction and increased performance for a similar price.
Bring on the I3's. They should put a beating on bulldozer's 8 core processors in gaming
Every desktop IB except the K series (only two models) has the HD2500 and not the HD4000.
I hope you mean the IB equivalent of the SB i3-2105. With the HD4000 IGP. Not just one with the HD2500, which is slower than the i3-2105's HD3000.
The dies with the HD2500 are different than the dies with the HD4000 for the Desktop CPUs ??
I doubt it.
I think they are different, actually. I don't remember where I read that, but 2500 is not just a 4000 with fused off parts IIRC.
I wonder if the 2-core i5's will be harvested i7's or if they are actually dual-core chips?

It would make a lot of sense to harvest some bum CPUs with a few broken shaders.
