They could just be calling VNT(Variable Nozzle Turbo) by a different name to make it sound like they came up with something new.

Can't get the bells and whistles of the TSX in the Scoobie or the Mazda. Plus nobody beats Honda's gearboxes/clutches.

Which bells and whistles are you referring to? I think you'd be surprised what the Mazda offers (navigation, auto climate control, heated/adjustable seats, etc)

I cannot attest to the gearbox/clutches as I haven't driven either vehicle.

Soobie doesn't have HID's
Mazda doesn't have leather & power seats(and I don't think HID's either)

TSX doesn't have AWD.

Believe it or not Mazda has all of those things. The grand touring trim has HID low beams (with halogen high beams), 8-way power and heated seats, and leather all standard.

edit: Link. Make sure you click the "Interior" tab in the middle of the page. The Overview tab doesn't list all of the features, only the major ones.

Oh wow, if I can afford it I will buy the RDX this summer. If not, Ford Edge/Mazda CX7 here I come!

edit 2: "variable flow turbo"...so did they put VTEC principles into the actual turbo--or don't all turbos work like this?? Sure its got turbo, but its still a Honda!

And a powertrain that seems to have some strange behavior like random power loss and a FWD biased AWD system. I don't like how the reviews say they feel the rear "kick in" when the system sends power back there. Sounds like it needs some more tweaking.
