Not to thread crap but Greenman gaming usually has a 20% coupon on their main page if you don't have Prime and want a PC digital copy. As a matter of fact I received a 25% off coupon in an email today that works with certain titles. I have xcom 2 and far cry primal in my cart for $90 ($45 each).
There are also other semi-shady stores that have close to a 50% discount. They get their keys from other countries that sell them cheaper.
I doubt they would kill your account. I guess it's possible they could blacklist the key though. If steam did either I imagine it would tick thousands of their customers off so there seems to be an unspoken truce. I'm not trying to change your mind, I'm simply stating my opinion. I personally wouldn't risk the $32 for a preorder but I would risk the $19 I payed for Shadow of Mordor GOTY and Mad Max. I just thought I would throw the info out for other folks who aren't loaded.I would personally like to use a reputable vendor and not deal with certain shady dealers. Plus i dont want to get nailed for using keys from other regions. With over 400 titles in my library....that would suck.
Prime ONLY.
New Amazon Prime discount

Greenman is a nice and legit alternative though for PC users. And if you got the 25% off code in their email they are cheaper.
I'll be quiet now.
