New build configuration help requested

What do you think about following as a general purpose computer? As one of the main uses, I would do photo and video editing. Likely using Lightroom mainly, but currently use PSP10. I'm concerned about noise but realise this won't be a silent computer, going for fairly quiet.

I'm a noob at pc building so any help is appreciated. Any compatibility issues? Anything I'm missing?
