Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: It will be used for gaming - mostly new games that has come out,work- everyday work, school work - Microsoft Office
Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
I dont need monitor,speakers,mouse,keyboard. Just the parts with the case.
I want you to build the best possible pc for 1000 euros.

P.S I have already 2TB Seagate HDD brand new.

Do you have a place in mind you can purchase from? It will help with figuring what is available for your budget in your country.

Also, do you care about nVidia vs AMD for GPU? And do you care about Intel vs AMD for CPU?

How pressing is it to build right now (as in, how soon)? Some things are very hard to get right now (AMD CPU, nVidia GPU are scarce or marked up due to low stock and high demand).

I dont know the place.I like more Nvidia GPUs and Ryzen CPUs. I can wait for a bit.

If you can wait, then shop for a Ryzen 5600x CPU, with an x570 based AM4 motherboard, 3200mhz CL16 DDR4 memory. For GPU, target something like the RTX 2060 or above, as budget allowed. Get a PSU that can handle the GPU (likely 500~600w would be safe with room to spare; but get something efficient, 80+ minimum). These are the budget performers with good value.

Unfortunately you'll wait for that hardware, their stock is just crazy everywhere right now and hard to find.
