Hey all, looking to build a new PC and I plan to replace my current 980ti Classified for something a little newer and more power efficient.
I've narrowed it down to a 1080 Classified and RTX 2070 (not super) within my budget. I game mostly with League, Overwatch, BF4, and Starcraft 2 at 1440 with 144Hz G-Sync monitors. For what I am looking at the 2070 is about $80 more than the 1080. Aside from that my previous waterblock will fit the 1080, and I'd have to buy a new block for the 2070... Is going to the 2070 worth the extra costs - especially when it doesn't appear that any games I play would take advantage of the RTX features?
