New Build, looking for advice

I am getting sick of CPU and GPU bottlenecks on my laptop for gaming, and am ready for a new desktop.

Living in VT, so no Microcenter. This means online purchasing only. No preference for AMD or NVIDIA, but an Intel CPU is a must. I play a lot of games that bottleneck on one core, so an unlocked i5 is the minimum.

Looking at Newegg, no brand preference as long as its reliable and cheap.
I plan on doing moderate upgrades to this build so a second GPU may be added in the future.

i5-4670K - $240

Asus Z87-A - $140

NZXT Source 220 - $50

Crucial M500 120GB -$75

G-Skill Ripjaw 8GB - $79 Plan on getting another stick in soon enough...

Rosewill Green 630W - $60

GPU: May not order right away. At least 2GB of GDDR5. Game at 1080P.
Looking at GTX 760 or R9 270(X) range. Can go lower to 750 ti and R7 265 range.

Fans: No idea yet

Just did a quick search on Newegg, chose good ratings and decent prices. Feel free to choose better components

Will want in time:

Better CPU cooler

2nd GPU

Do not need/want:

Windows, CD Drive, Monitor, Peripherals, Desk, Hard Drives.

*Plan on overclocking CPU and GPU. I am aware I picked a weak PSU, will choose a better one.

Are you sure a 120GB SSD will be enough?

I am aware I picked a weak PSU, but I am cheap

Then you are making a poor choice. You are going whole hog on all the other components and the one component that powers everything... you are going to skimp on? Were I you, I would look at something from Antec, Corsair, or SeaSonic.

Also, you understand that if you wait to go to a better CPU cooler later, you are most likely going to have to pull the mobo? Spend the $40 now...

I have 2 hard drives already, so yes the 120GB SSD will be sufficient. The PSU was just a placeholder; the components I chose are just around where I want them to be, not ones I'm going to buy.

I do not mind having to pull the motherboard to replace the cooler down the road. I do want a functioning build soon that can work. I did originally choose the Corsiar PSU you chose. Just trying to save $$$

There's a difference between being thrifty... and being cheap. The PSU is not the place to be cheap. Just saying.

That Corsair I linked has a $20 rebate... that would be a better PSU and a good price... that's thrifty.

Much of it depends on your overall budget...

I would not cheap out on the psu no matter what. All it takes is a PSU to go a little out of whack and bam you have to replace stuff. Best spend the money now on a solid reliable psu so no worries about the whole system being fried.

Add the Antec TP-650C for $75 AR to that list.

A couple of places where the OP can save some money are:
- RAM: This ADATA DDR3 1600 8GB DIMM is $64 and will work just fine
- Mobo: The ASRock Z87 Pro4 at $100 is in the same class of part as the Z87-A, you just don't pay for the ASUS brand name
