Nope isn't exactly the answer we're looking for on #6. Do you need a monitor as well? If so, a dell is your best bet ...

E2160 - $70
Abit IP35-E -$90 ($60 AR i think)
2GB of memory - $30 AR
8800GS - $110 ($90 AR i think)
Antec Earthwatts 380 or 430, whichever is cheaper for around $50.
Just under $500 after tax, shipping, and rebates.

Since you got a hard drive, dvd drive, monitor, case, and I'm also assuming you will reuse your mouse, keyboard and speakers, this is pretty much a complete system.

I'm sure there is a decent AMD alternative though.

Any reason for the G31 motherboard? The P35 is better build, but you're on the right track. The entire E**** series from Intel is pretty to OC. I would suggest cutting back on the E2200 to the E2160 and OC it to around 2.5-3.0GHz (stock cooling is doable) and getting a P35 chipset motherboard.
