What you're thinking of probably is lemon law. Also; couldn't you have worked out that deal with the dealership before your purchased the car? Trying to be pushy and threatening to return the car now isn't exactly going to get you a good relationship with your dealer.

When I looked at the car I saw they were Yokohama Avids.. didn't notice the S34D after it.

? It's not slow at all. It's about power-to-weight ratio.. which is a bit better, actually, than the TL I had.

Unfortunately it is not light at all.. IIRC these are far from lightweight Mazdas and the power is lacking a bit too

Not sure what you were hoping it would have... it's not a Mercedes S-class.

It is, however, somewhat better equipped than my Acura TL was. The TL had HIDs, but they didn't auto-level or swivel left/right.

No but i've ridden in one. Felt fine as just a good car but it didnt feel peppy enough to be "sporty" at all to me

It handles better than my TL did when I first bought it. The typical American muscle car has a lot of "pep", but it's not what I'd call "sporty"; there's more to "sporty" than horsepower. Does the steering give you any feedback from the road? Does the car keep its composure around twists and turns or does its body roll and suffer from a lot of over/understeer? Some of these things you can determine as a passenger, others you have to judge as the driver.

I think I'm going back and gonna ask for leather seats in my truck I bought a few years ago. They need me more than I need them. Lol!

Funnily enough, I prefer the way the Mazda 3's small navigation screen works. I am starting to hate the huge navigation screens with incredibly awkward GUIs.
