the parts that I have selected are:
Case: COOLERMASTER RC-1000 COSMOS SILVER
Motherboard: GIGABYTE X48-DQ6
CPU: intel E8600
RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR DDR2 4GB (2X2GB) PC2-8500 (1066MHZ) CL5 DUAL CHANNEL KIT 2X4096-8500C5DF
VGA: EVGA GEFORCE GTX260 896MB PCI-E RETAIL
PSU: OCZ OCZ800EXS-EU ELITE XSTREAM POWER SUPPLY 800W
WESTERN DIGITAL 640GB WD6400AAKS CAVIAR SE16 SATA

the parts that sure of are the MB and the CPU.
I need your help to decide the RAM, Case and PSU!!!!
I will use this PC mainly for games
My budget is around 1500 euros (I'm in greece)
I'm going to use the sata drives I already have, 5 x 500GB. Therefore I'm looking for cases that can house at least 6x3.5 drives.

I have that case and really love it. The ease of assembly and quality of construction is great. There were a few reports of high heat in the hard-drive area, so the case now comes with a bracket to install and 120 mm fan above the cage which draws air flow past the drives and routes it toward the two 120mm fans at the top of the case.

You'll love the avionics-style pull out quick-release HD mounts.

Nice build overall, though I'd probably go with a 4870 GPU (especially since that board has full speed crossfire capability in case you get the urge down the line) and either GSkill or mushkin RAM (see the "Attention System Builders" sticky).

Motherboard: X48 doesn't do a whole lot for you if you're not using Crossfire. As modoheo said, I would go with an ATI GPU like the 4870 so that you have the Crossfire option open, or I'd step the motherboard down to a less extravagant P45 that will perform just as well.

CPU: If pricing where you are similar to the U.S., you're paying 50% more than an E8500 for a 5% increase in performance. Not hardly worth it. The difference is even less important if you're overclocking. Avoid the wasted expense of the E8600 and go with an E8400 or E8500.

RAM: DDR2-1066 is another unnecessary expense. If you're overclocking DDR2-1000 has all the headroom you need and is less expensive. If you're not overclocking DDR2-800 is a better value with no real performance loss.

PSU: As I recall the 800W EliteXStream is a pretty good unit, but you don't need anywhere near 800W for that system. If you're not planning to add a second video card later (which you won't be if you stick with an Nvidia graphics card and Intel motherboard) step the PSU down a couple notches.

Edit: I meant to say the difference is even less important if you are overclocking.

x1000000. May as well snag a q9550 for damn near the same price as an e8600.
