New computer reboots randomly, BSODs on boot...

Possibly try underclocking the processor for testing purposes.
Also, 100/133 fsb jumper on thre mobo set correctly. I'm not familiar with nforce boards, so again on the outside.

im not 100% here, but BSODs usually mean bad ram. If it were the processor it would probably just freeze up on u. the BOSD IRQ error leads me to believe that something is conflicting. Have you tried disabling ur onboard vid and sound and put in just a vid card in agp??

As some others have already said, "RAM." I helped a friend yesterday upgrade an HP with Rambus in it. With the new ram installed, I got the same exact syptoms you got on yours. Pulled the new ram out and the problem went away.

Just had the exact same symptoms in my machine. RAM, HD's SOUND and VID were all fine. Turned out that the Northbridge on my MoBo was overheating due to a faulty fan. Sucky problem. i wound up deciding to build a new PC rather than risk data corruption from some random crash.

RMA. Nothing is worth this much hassle, this sh*t should work out of the box, ya know? You are probably correct concerning memory incompatibility, whether you RMA the board or the RAM is your call. Even symptoms that point to RAM being the culprit could very well be the motherboard, i.e., the northbridge, DIMM slots, etc.
