The new Capital One® No Hassle Miles(SM) Rewards For Electronic Stores Visa earns 5 miles per $1 spent at consumer electronics stores *and* department stores and 1 mile per $1 spent elsewhere. I'm pretty sure that this is the best rewards rate available through any credit card at electronics and department stores.
The redemption for miles works like this:
Price of airline ticket -- Number of No Hassle Miles needed
Up to $150 -- 15,000 miles
$150.01 to $350 -- 35,000 miles
$350.01 to $600 -- 60,000 miles
$600.01 and greater -- the price of the ticket x 100
So if your ticket costs $600+, nearly $350, or nearly $150, then the miles are worth 1 cent apiece. That basically makes this card a 5% off coupon at electronics and department stores.
Oddly, I can't find this card and a handfull of other new CapOne cards on the CapOne web site. However, you can compare the new CapOne cards and read about their details through this rewards calculator site:

The other interesting new CapOne cards I noticed include:
- Earn 5 points (not miles) per $1 spent at restaurants, entertainment venues, and health clubs with the Capital One® No Hassle Points(SM) Rewards For Health Club & Dining Visa.
- Earn 3 miles per $1 spent at retail clothing, jewelry, health and beauty, and variety stores, also department stores, and wholesale clubs with the Capital One® No Hassle Miles(SM) Rewards For Retail Stores Visa.
- Earn 3 miles per $1 spent on travel and at gas stations with the Capital One® No Hassle Miles(SM) Rewards For Travel & Gas Visa.
Stop with the self-promotion already. No more linking to your website. No more warnings.
