I have a similar situation with zipzoomfly.com, I'm ending up just biting my lip.

Dell does have 30 day money back I think but you'll at least have to pay for shipping back. Maybe decline the package?

You can't apply the electronics and accessories coupons to DJ's. F-ing lame, that's where I want my discount.

dell has a 21 day return policy... and you could always just refuse the package at the door.
