What do you think about These. Can anyone explain the 2 12Volt rails and how it works ?

There is only one 12v rail. The difference with other Enermax models is that the 12v rail is independent from other rails (5v, 3.3v etc). The Antec Trupower series has similar independent rial features.

Good looking psu's. Probably equivalent to the Antec truepower series. I wonder how quiet they are. My enermax 431 watt is very quiet, it's got temp controlled fans I think but it's like 3 or 4 years old.

These new enermax PSUs have 2 12V rails - both are independently regulated.

One powers the motherboard via the ATX and ATX12V connectors. The other powers drives and accessories. This makes it possible to regulate more closely the CPU supply without risking exposing the peripheral to excessive voltage swings

I've had the 470 watter for 2 weeks now with no problems. Seems fairly quiet.

I've had the 470 watter for about 2 weeks also and it works and looks beautiful. It is very quiet and I have yet to see any problems.
