Hmmm. Apparently Kofi has been gathering confidential information from the IIC concerning the UNSCAM investigation and passing it on to his son.:

And then Kojo and his councel contacted that witness with knowldge of his confidential testimony. According to the letter linked above, that knowledge could only have come from one person - his father.
