Valve Stress Test - (1600x1200, 6x AA, 16x AF, Everything Enabled) - 110.45
Come Monday at midnight....HL2 maxed out....
*sniff* *sniff*...I think I'm going to cry....

I call shenanigans.
That much AA (I believe 6xAA is exclusive to ATI anyway, Nvidia has 2, Q, 4, and 8SS) would give more than a 10fps performance hit from no AA.
16xAF alone would give that much, if not, more of a performance hit.

11,116 is what a similarly equipped FX55 system got. Here is another link: 11,945
Now unless you have a 4.0ghz overclock on that 2.6cpu, I find this hard to believe.
91,000 points in multimedia? Not even 3 FX55 processors will give you this much.
A64 theoretical memory bandwidth doesnt even approach this value. Maybe somewhere around 6000 would be more realistic??

No...6x isn't exclusive to ATI (you have an ATI don't you?). When I start it up...it recommends I use 4x AA and 8x AF. I boosted them up to max.
But just to appease....I ran it again at got 109.45 the first time.
I have no reason to lie....I have a life.

strange can u please confirm your sandra version for me? also you don't need the pro version of 3dmark to use the ORB... use it... get a link so I can compare some stuff please.

lol here is my 3dmark here poor strange didn't need to buy it to post it but oh well.... funn thing is .... my FX-55 is @ 2.7 ghz... his is at 2.6 ghz... my cpu mark score is 48xx his is 52xx. futuremark = needs to put out a couple patches imho

I don't care if you have no reason to lie, i'm not implying you are. I am implying your testing method is flawed, and so are your results.
No, I do not own an ATI, It is a Nvidia based card and I do not see the 6xAA option anywhere.
Why is it that The Firing Squad are not getting the same results as you? Granted its an Athlon64 3800+, your FX55 will NOT automagically add 50fps to that 6800Ultra score. Espically since FS's testing methods were at lower AA/AF settings as well.
Your testing is flawed, try again.
FS Article.

Okay sir...I've tried again.
Here is a pic prooving that 6x and 16x are available w/nvidia cards:

And here is a pic proving my score of 123.38 w/no AA and Trilinear AF:
http://cs.baylor.edu/~hickeyw/comp/css2.jpg
Now...with that said. I will say that I haven't been able to complete a normal run w/6x and 16x enabled. (Cheers to you). I get purple coloring and then a lockup. Here's a pic of what I'm seeing:

I'm sorry about the 6x/16x bench I posted earlier...but this WAS NOT happening. I'm going to remove that bench from the 1rst post now, and play around w/this until I figure something out. Sorry about any confusion.
Actaeon, thank you for pointing this out! (To be honest, I was REALLY shocked when I saw the results originally!)
Let me know if you guys have anymore questions.
