My 3dmark05 came to 5471 but me GFX card was oc'd @430/1150 and is stable at this speed for hours w/ 66.93 drivers. I typically run my card @420/1120 and I think my score was 5250 range. Looks all the same to me when ithe bench runs lol. Very NISE system!

Man I want a FX-55 so bad, only problem is, they're EXPENSIVE!!! And I've already decided that when I finally do upgrade my system, I want SLI. So, to do this, I'll have to spend lots of $$$$, so maybe in a year or so I can

BTW, nice system

Nice score!

The new 70.90 drivers have actually given me a nice score boost to 5451 @ stock.

I'm nice too .

And no, no aftermarket cooler....imho, they aren't worth it for the 6800U b/c they're already pushed far enough. And btw, my oc speeds are for real-world games...if I run @ that in 3DMark05, then I get artifacts....just so u know.

I just used electricians tape to take wires around the edges when needed. And then some plastic ties to ties some together and mount to the inside bars/etc. And, of course, you always gotta stuff away into those empty bays!

Good Luck.

I quit using speakers altogether.
I have an Audigy 2 in my system and added a pair of Kinyo Dolby Digital/DTS 5.1 headphones to
the mix.

I have people in CS Source tell me I'm cheating now because I can hear them before they get to the corners of the walls LOL.
My game has improved tremendously.

DVD's and DVD audio is absolutely outstanding.
Plus no one here yells at me to turn down the volume anymore LOL.

THe headset only cost $37 to, a great deal.
The only bad thing I can say about them is that they don't come with a mic for team chat.

The headset

Anyway once again killer system.

Yeah, the FX's are meant more than just for gaming. I would of been a lot happier just getting a socket 939 A64 3500 @ 2.2 Ghz and over clocking it to 2.3 or 2.4 Ghz.
