I have Windows 7, and I am using two video cards and five TV's acting as monitors. I have an Nvidia Quadro NVS 510 for 4 of my monitors, and I using a just installed today Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 for my single primary display, which is a Vizio 42" TV.
I have been using this same setup for 6 years now with no problems. In the beginning I was using a Nvidia GeForce video card for my primary display, but it died so for the last few years I've been using an AMD video card for my primary display which has been working great as well. I just upgraded to the GeForce GTX 1650 today because I wanted a bit better graphics performance than my old AMD card.
To get to the point, I have installed the new GeForce card and installed all of the latest drivers (430.64), etc. Both video cards are recognized fine and all settings look correct, however text displayed on my primary monitor with the GeForce 1650 looks grainy, to the point that it hurts the eyes to look at. If I take the same window and drag it to any of my other 4 monitors with the Nvidia Quadro display, everything is perfect. I mention the AMD card I had because I had no issues with display on the AMD card.
In short, the display on my Nvidia Quadro with 4 monitors is fine. My old AMD card was fine. My old EVGA GeForce was fine. This new GeForce GTX 1650 is bad with text display. I've been running this same configuration for 6 years with no prior issue.
I've checked Windows 7 display settings such as DPI scaling (it's set to 100%) and Clear Text. One thing I did do that kind of helps is I right-clicked my desktop and launched the Nvidia Control Panel utility. I then went to "Adjust desktop size and position". I selected my primary display, and here I changed the "Perform scaling on" option from "Display" (which it was already set on) to "GPU". After changing it to GPU, everything looked fine and I originally thought it was fixed, but then it went back to grainy text. I rebooted my computer and it fixed again, but while just sitting here using it, reading a web page, it went back to grainy text. While rebooting helps for a bit, it will shortly go back to this bad text after a short while.
