LMandrake: I just called up my mom to see how the roses were (she's gonna give them to my g/f when they meet up tonight) and was told they were pretty crappy. Man, this sucks. Fresh flowers my A$@!!!!

Satori: According to the PCflowers guarantee, you have the option of getting new flowers or your money back. I personally feel I should have gotten my money back, but my GF, who did what she thought was best, asked for new flowers. So, depending on how you want to handle it, you do have the option to get your money back. $60 for dead flowers does not cut it...

Lmandrake: I'll find out exactly how bad the roses are when I talk to my g/f later today. Man, I've been having some crappy luck with on-line orders lately. RMA headaches, scratched-up products and now this. Oh well... at least the truffles were in the package.

Heh, guess what? I talked to my fiance and she said that the roses were fine! She said that 2-3 of them had like 1-2 small black spots, but they were very pretty overall. She also had nice things to say about the vase and teddy bear. Too bad I can't be with her today

Roses were NOT that good. Bent petals, black edges. Even the green leaves looked like they just came out of someone's garden (not cleaned up or shiny).
Size of the roses was on the small side too.

Wife was still happy though she is pretty easy going. I've got the more discriminating eye but these roses blow.

Just talked to my g/f. The ones she received were the same as yours. Small, kind of dry and brown edges. I guess that's how pcflowers is able to be cheaper than other places... but using crappier flowers. I'm not sure if I'm gonna ask for my money back, or have them send another dozen. Oh well, g/f was still happy that I sent her flowers. Plus, she'll like the chocolates, I hope.

the flowers arrived but were total crap. I scrambled for my nearest florist absolutly furios. I got some nice flowers for her around the corner from my house. Paid 50 bucks at this Russian owned whole sale flower shop, they even threw in some extra stuff and a nice bow at the bottom.
This morning i emailed pcflowers.com with how crapy the flowers were and what i had gone through. I also told them i was thinking of contacting the BBB, after all i miss one hour of work because of this mess.
When I came back home today, there was an email from pcflowers.com, apologizing, telling me they will credit my card for $49.99.

Next time, go to the florist and check out what you are buying.
You may find your self spending a little more for the better arrangement, but you will see and pick what you like. They can even arrange some nice stuff, for that special woman.
You never want to give a woman crappy flowers.
They deducted $10.00 for the vase, but i gave that to her anyways. The chocolates were cheap.

Thats funny.

My wife's flowers were delivered in the same wilted, darkened condition as everyone else.

I emailed PCFlowers early in the morning and got no response.
I them called them late in the evening.
They offered to send another set. I told them no!
I requested a refund and was not told anything about a refund for the vase. The lady who answered said "We'll be happy to provide a full refund" After all the embarassment me wife experienced, If they dare to charge me for the vase, I will contact my credit card company contest the charges.

dscline, LOL, no I did not, even though from what I wrote it looks like I did I got them delivered to me and then I took them over to my gf's apartment. Did not feel like checking the price at a local florist...
