i think dell changed the sku # for the 30gig ipod. head to dell.com, Education, K-12 Institutions, Software & Peripherals. search for ipod. and you'll find the sku for the 15gig/30gig/etc. hope that helps.

i have the iSkin and it fits like a glove. the only thing is the little protruding string strap on the left side....but that is minor. the quality and craftsmanship is nice too.

one minor caveat is that it attracts lint and what not. so be careful sticking it in your pocket. then again, i do it all the time and i dont have a major problem with lint.

anyways, i love my white iSkin and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend one.

is the backlight really blue? or is it just white like the gen2 ipods?

At the moment, the iPod supports AIF, WAV, MP3, AAC and Audible.com's audio-book format.

i'm not sure, havent tried. you can order the ipods from dell home. just call them up and give them the SKU. their prices might be different from the education link. find a coupon code to save more from dell home.

Just got the 15GB version for $306.69 shipped from Dell Home. The sales rep I talked to said regular price is $399. I asked to have the 10% on S&P and then used a 10% coupon code that was in my Dell Preferred Account statement. That made it $300.69 and then there was $6 for shipping. I dunno how two 10%'s got it to the price it did, but I'm not complaining!
