Oh really? Just compared my new Vision M to a friend's 5th gen video iPod at work today, and just the addition of a bigger color gamut improves videos tremendously. Color defintion is more defined, and contrast benefits GREATLY. He was also jealous of the customizable wallpaper and FM radio.Originally posted by: ryansebiz
Creative owns the Nano but nothing can compete with the Video iPod.

Don't mistake me for an iPod hater, as I love my Nano that I purchased when they were first released, it's just that it doesn't make much sense to pay a retail-controlled $249 (meaning you can't hardly find it cheaper) for a 30GB iPod video when other products offer more features, better battery life, more color, more whatever for less the price. When I purchased my Nano, I blindly paid into the iPod machine, but now that I've been educated a little, the iPod just isn't worth it for just the name.

How much was your Vision M compared to the price of the iPod?
Try $229 w/ free ship. I picked up my Vision M for $199 after some price matching and a nice coupon at Circuit City.Originally posted by: BlameCanada
I don't own one, but I've been watching them, they typically retail for about 270 or soOriginally posted by: YoungGun21
