Nice try smartass
Rear door cutlines (IS, LS) and taillight shape (IS, LS) predate all of 'em (IS, LS, E60)

LOL. They are always a generation behind MB in their S class design.
It was a while ago, but a disguised car was spotted (leaving with a Supra TT) on the Nuhrenberg (spelling?) that looked a lot like the mid engine Lexus sports concept that was on tour last auto show circuit (estimated at 500hp).Originally posted by: James3shin
The gap b/w a BMW, MB and Lexus is non-existant in my eyes. Matter of fact, I'd say that Lexus may have the upper hand on the two, in terms of reliability, and amenities. Performance wise, ehh, BMW and MB may have the edge with there racing background, but I'm sure we will be seeing the TRD lineage come into play sometime or another into a Lexus sports car (next supra?).

the gs is far more maxima than 5 series. look at the C pillars and how short the trunk looks.
