I’m looking to replace my 2013 15’’ Retina with a new 15’’ Retina with Touch Bar but I’m wanting to find some reviews.
I’m torn on if the GPU upgrade in the top of the line is worth upgrading for. I would be doing photo editing and the odd video editing project, often handling 4k videos, but never a big enough project to be concerned. It would just be odd videos from events I attend and personal vacations.
I just can’t find reviews of the dedicated cards in these machines. I’m either getting the base model with a 512 or just going all out for the top end model, but if the GPU upgrade isn’t worth much (especially since I can expand to an eGPU down the line...) I’d rather save the $200.
Anyone come across any comparisons of these?
Thanks!
