of course you can bid on it and not pay! just bid on it with a false e-bay username Don't have a fake one? just go to e-bay and get a new one with a new e-mail address (can't be webmail addresses), then place a bid. All he can do against you is place negative feedback.

I really hope someone does do that, he'd deserve it.

oh yeah, how's he able to post this anyway? I thought the people weren't able to post the word .ebay.

the only way it works for me is if i put a character in front of $ebay, febay, debay, *ebay, etc

you know mods, if you would just put .ebay. on the forbidden word list he coudln't post crap like that
