Hey Everyone,

Since I built my own PC, and have come to the end of my knowledge with this issue I'm posting here to see if some of you would have an idea as to what to do next.

I'll start off with my components;
Intel Q6600 G0
Zalman 9700 (The black one) w/ Artic Silver 5
EVGA 680i SLI LT T1 Motherboard (NF67-T1)
EVGA 8800GT SC
PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750W
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) "TWIN2X2048-6400C4"
2x Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200RPM (RAID-0 Array)
Windows Vista 64bit Home Premium

Alright, so the system runs windows very smooth without any crashes at all.

The moment I load any 3D game including World of Warcraft, Call of Duty 4, and Crysis the PC will lockup with a repeating noise in the headphones and the only option is to hold the power button down.

Here's a catch, if I'm attempting to fix the problem by changing something after about 10 tries (with reboots after lockup) the PC will have one bootup where I can play games flawlessly for hours and hours, and will only go back to it's crashing state after another reboot, then maybe ~10 more reboots and it may work good again. (150 solid FPS in CoD4 maxed, and 60in Crysis pretty high settings)

Things I've tried to resolve the issue;
-Reformatting and Reinstalling Vista
-Using older, most recent, and beta nvidia drivers
-Kept windows vista up to date
-Tried Vista SP1 RC
-Switched 6-pin power cable on Video Card
-Used a standard 4-pin power cable to a 6pin adapter for the Video Card
-Flashed Bios

Other things to note;
+12V in Bios read 11.92V and in Windows sometimes reads 10.23V and sometimes 11.77 with HW Monitor
I watch temps on vid card and CPU + Use Riva Tuner to increase fan speed
CPU temps stay under 40C, and Vid Card maxes in Crysis @ ~55C
Sometimes when playing a game windowed to monitor voltages and temps while playing the game will crash but go back to desktop and windows will say Video Driver has stopped but recovered or whatever.
The motherboard had the memory voltage set to auto and it was autoing to 1.85, and the memory says it runs at 2.1V so I forced 2.1V but the problem persisted.

Basically I'm lost, and very nervous, because since I don't know what to RMA or if I even need to RMA anything at all and it's something I did.

Hopefully someone can help.

Thanks!
