But I plan to OC. I need something cooling the memory. I doubt the air circulation within the case is enough.

What do you think? Good setup? (BTW I plan to overclock)

I already have speakers, HDD, cd/dvd drives, and keyboard so I don't need those.

The CPU still hasn't come out to stores that I know to be reputable so I left that out of the equation.

Also, can someone recommend a better case. Possibly one with a side window, better airflow, and better visual appeal?

Your components are great, except maybe the memory and CPU cooling, and maybe the case if you're looking for better airflow:

In most Athlon64 system, you can save some money by using Value RAMs, since most of them overclock quite well,

and unless you're getting an OEM CPU, all you need is the stock heatsink and cooling -- they perform admirably overclocked,

if you're looking for a case with great airflow and expandability, the CM Stacker is the one you're after.

Looks good, except the extra CPU heatsink and Memory heat-spreader -- they're unnecessary, but that's just MO

I have no clue which nvidia manufactorer is the best. I know that BFG is good but those are almost $70 more expensive and I might as well buy a x800xl then. Also I choose to stick with the 6600gt because with the upcoming release of the next-gen video cards later on this year getting a high end video card seems a waste. I'm sure the 6600gt will be plenty for now, at least and will show alot of improvement from the 5200 fx that I'm currently using.

I also went back to the wave master case because I'm read many reviews denoucing the TT for its noise. Also I need a front door that opens out to the right.

And I need the xp-90. The processor is OEM and I don't feel like waiting another month for the retail boxed version.

I am also thinking about downgrading the processor because with the upcoming release of the dual-core I feel getting a 3500+ is almost a waste of money. Should I just get a 3000+ or a 3200+ and OC that?

evga makes good cards.

you might be well served to check out dfi.street quickly and look at their stickied memory threads and user sigs. there is alot of fanboyism there but you can get some info on the ram your thinking of. also AT did some benchies on the dfi sli-dr boards with the vx and tccd.

atacom does have some nice pricing on ram and a good resellers rating, or decent anyway.

In that case just get the 3000+ and try to OC it.
