New rig. with a P4 640 - need mobo recommendations

I think I've narrowed it down to these three, I'm planning on doing some moderate oc'ing as well.

Any experiences or recommendations? Feel free to suggestions any mobo that would give the 'best bang for the buck'

I'd recommend to go with the Abit AL8 motherboard. I've always had great experience with Abit and their AL8 is the cheapest board among those 3.
