If my budget was $400 i'd take the $44 dollars youre gonna spend on CPU cooler + thermal compound and put it towards something else like your video card. Not sure exactly what games you intend to play by 'light gaming'.

If you dont have plans to do any major OC'ing, the stock heatsink should suit your needs just fine.

If you don't mind rosewill, I would get an even cheaper case, like this one (I just used this case for a new number cruncher in my lab... it is cheap but more than adequate especially when you add a 120mm fan in the front)
