New SD memory for Kodak digi

Looking to buy a 2gb SD card for my Kodak. Is it worth spending extra for the ultra version?

The Ultra version probably has faster transfer speeds, but if it's for a P&S camera, you wouldn't notice a big difference, as the number of photos you can take per second is limited by the camera (in this case), not the memory card.

Thanks. It can also record vids and take multiple shots in a row, but that's less than 5% of what I use it for.
