New Stats Option

I've adjusted the ppstats to give a daily count only. I've always had trouble tracking multiple machines as I could never remember how many blocks were submitted the day before from a domain. This version only keeps track of the present days total.

Let me know if you guys like it and want to keep it. It takes next to no time to run as it's only going through today's logs.

Unless anyone has an objection, I'm gonna switch the Full Stats to run once a day (after 0:00 GMT) and I'm gonna freeze the daily stats for 2-4 hours after 0:00 GMT, else if you login after 0:00 you won't be able to see the daily output.

Weekly will continue to be run every 30 minutes.

Jay, hold off until 5:00 GMT or so. That's 10pm PDT, so stopping eariler migth anoy us west costers.
