NEW SYSTEM - BIOS Settings, need some help?

Ok guys basicly, I have my system up and running now and I was wondering what would be the best settings under my bios without OCing, like what would the best timing be for my memory and such.

This is what my system has running in it.

ASUS A7N8X Deluxe Motherboard
Seagate SATA 7200rpm 8mb cache 120gig HDD
Geil Golden Dragon PC3500 DC 1gig Kit
Vantec Stealth 470w PSU
SLK-800u w/ Aero 7+ fan
AMD Barton 3000+ 400FSB CPU
ATI Radeon 9800pro 128mb


any help or suggestions would be great.

what is the 2-2-2-5 what does each one stand for?
So that choose the right one for each setting.

Look at the article index and click on 'Memory Timings'.

Usually, 2/2/2/5 realtes to Cas, Trp, Trcd and Tras, in that order.
