People have been water cooling SFF's! I'm sure the Antec 1030 case has the room. You will want to carefully plan how and where all the components will fit.
There are so many sites that have water cooling stuff for sale that it's hard to recommend just one (or even a couple). I'm staring at my 'Favorites' list and I see: Cooltechnica, DangerDen, Directon, Frozencpu, newegg, Performance-PCs (way cool stuff, they even sell gold plated male and female molex pins), SVC, Xoide, xPCgear and so on.
As for component recommendations: Danger Den's RBX or TDX cpu blocks, chipset block, Black Ice extreme (size will depend on where and how), and their 12 volt pump.
As for a reservior, well I built my own so just look around. A 5 inch bay one will suffice, or you could just do a 'T' line.
If you have an nVidia 6800 GPU, then I would definately get the Danger Den block for the 6800 (Way effing cool).
Lastly, I would definately stick with 1/2" ID tubing and fittings. And don't forget the distilled H2O and some watter wetter from Red Line (also @ Danger Den).
P.S. Hose clamps would help too!
Good luck.
